Newsletter privacy

Sturty Gaming stores your email address, signup source, consent and confirmation dates, subscription status, and email delivery events to operate the GTA 6 Daily Digest.

We record the platform and campaign from tagged links to measure newsletter promotion. A temporary browser-session marker avoids counting the same tagged visit repeatedly and remembers its source until you close the session. Visits and signup attempts are stored as events; a new subscription retains its campaign source through email confirmation. We do not use this marker to identify you across devices or websites.

We use Resend to send emails and Cloudflare infrastructure through ChatGPT Sites to host the tracker and subscriber database. Your email address is shared with these service providers to operate the newsletter.

You must confirm your email before receiving the daily digest. Each digest includes an unsubscribe link. We retain an opt-out or suppression record to prevent unwanted delivery after an unsubscribe, bounce, or complaint.

For questions or a request to remove your newsletter data, email info@sturtycars.com.
